It was always a dream of mine to live and work abroad. In August 2016, my dream became a reality when I moved to Lisbon, Portugal.


Starting as a Recruiter for German speakers in a leading international company, the role was later expanded to become the Recruitment Partnership Manager for the DACH market.


I took advantage of all that Portugal had to offer, such as its beautiful beaches and the opportunity to learn how to surf and play padel. Living in one of the sunniest countries in Europe was an incredible experience and it inspired me to create Job Traveler - a platform for German speakers that makes the application process as easy and enjoyable as the local lifestyle.
